Baby Nicholas is Christened |
Firstly I have been busy with the family. Our Father's Day celebration yesterday was enhanced by the Christening of our 9th grandchild (the 10th grandchild will be Christened later this month and number 11 should arrive around Christmas).
Secondly I'm having a temporary return to the workforce. A family member's secretary has resigned so it's a case of Mum to the rescue. I do enjoy the interaction with the lovely people I meet during the course of my (temporary) work and would happily work on except that it gets in the way of our globetrotting.

Congratulations, Jill! A trio of new wonderful additions to the family - how exciting. Your globetrotting days will continue shortly, I'm sure. All the best to the new little ones. My new granddaughter arrived in late June, and I think that's the final one. So much fun.
A great reason for a quiet blog! At the beginning of August I attended niece/nephew number 15's baptism :-)
Lovely news, Jill... congratulations... always nice to have new family members and also a bonus to have primary sources!
How lucky for your family to have you able to step in when needed... enjoy the interaction and on your coffee breaks, plan the next trip...
congratulations on the new additions to your family. You are indeed blessed.
Congratulation Jill, what a great way to add to your family tree! I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my first grandchild in October! I'm almost as excited as my daughter.
