I had no intention of publishing a Trove Tuesday post this week until I came across this article which I was correcting as part of a project for my local area.

There is a book The International Classification of Causes of Death (at least there was 20yrs ago). I wonder how that would have been classified. There was, and perhaps still is, a cause of death "Senility". In its pure form, it means "old age". It has been corrupted to where it commonly means "Senile Dementia"
