Geneabloggers at Congress - Pre-Congress Posts

There are twenty-seven thirty geneabloggers on the list I have for blogger beads at Congress and I suspect there may be even more going along. Some of these people have already been writing about thevent. How about writing a post about your experiences at previous Congresses and your expectations of this one?

I propose to do three blog posts in which I compile lists of links to posts that discuss AFFHO Congress 2015, a Pre-Congress (14 days prior) list, a Congress list (will we have time to blog?) and a Post-Congress list. If I miss any posts please let me know and I will add them.

One of my thoughts is that it will be useful to preserve Congress conversations and, as this blog is one that has been selected for permanent preservation in The National Library of Australia's Pandora Archive, the conversation should be accessible for quite some time.

  6. Hi Jill,
I'm not sure if you received my email I sent the other day. My name is Lauren and I have the Original Kin blog. I thought I'd better tell you my name in case you didn't get the email!
Also, thanks for compiling such a great list!
    Cheers
    Lauren

  7. Hi Jill, So many interesting Blogs for me to check out. I am wondering if my Blog has been included in the list? I did complete the form, and I am aware, I may be an infant' in Genea Blogging, however, I thought I may have been added to the list. :) Cheers, Selma

  8. Selma - those were posts from 2015. Haven't thought about collating 2018 posts yet.

I'd love to hear what you have to say so I encourage you to say G'day in comments on my posts.

Sorry I have turned word verification on but I am just getting too much spam to allow comments without this feature.
