  1. Having worked in local government (when I did a real job) The amount of effort that volunteers putt into researching history of the region and people was a credit to them. The storage of the results was always well protected and today twenty years since I left local govt it is a pleasure to see the results that the development of a historical interpretation centre has delivered for thepeople oftoday.
